In the ninth article Mr.Hosseini-— explains that the past era of stability and continuity has given way to the world of quick and sudden changes and transformations. Traditional views and techniques are not responsive to these circumstances. In response to such need, strategic management evolved from he concept of corporate strategy which relates to the role of top management and their decisions for future guiding of the organization and implementation of these decisions in today’s changing world.
