| Abstract | ||
| The objective of this research is to study and analyse the mentioned objective. For this purpose a number of 10 hospital with the nurses of different departments were involved for the matter. The testing group were of 188 number which 107 of these were control group and 81 of them were of testing ones. They responded to the Bum out questionnaire of Meslesh and Jackson and Spielberger questimaire of stress which their validity and reliability were demonstrated firmly. The achieved results show that there is a meaningful and direct correlation between the frequency and depth stress and bum out. Also this research demonstrated that there is meaningful correlation between the degree of burn out and stress with respect to certain demographical characteristics of the chosen sampls such as educational status, job hierarchy and so on. But with the increase of age seniority, the degree of bum out will be diminished. Also demonstrated that the non-married individuls are more prone than married ones to bum out | ||
