| The Integrated Management Performance in Regard to Productivity in Industrial Organizations | ||

| Along with the industrial evolution, the role of industrial management has been expanded and regarding the developments made in the. field of computer technology, it is expected that the graduates of industrial management to undertake more responsibility in different activities. Sometimes, some activities carried out by those graduates, reflect their potentials and abilities which elevate the expectations. The distinctive features of the new role of industrial management can be demonstrated from two Ways. a- Through evaluation of a course of education in the field of advanced industrial management held by a reputable educational institution. b- Through reviewing the professional analysis that all the graduates are bound to do after being graduated. This paper, in addition to explaining the common grounds shared by all the industries, will review the component parts and factors forming the industrial management and the activities of the pioneers of this field, historically and briefly which. led to the formation of this expertise. At last, the essay will turn to Industrial Management Education in Iran. | ||
