چکیده [English]
Hamid abrishami advocates a dynamic and creative management style for the 'administration of the economies of the Third World Countries. .In "An Analysis of Management Factor in the Economic Development of the State", he blames the low economic performance of the developing nations during the past decade on their blind adoption of the Western techniques of management. The recent experience of the Western economies has proved that their management style, which was based on the line authority between the manager and his/her subordinates, was ineffective and doomed to fail. The developing nations need a style of management which shows adaptability to their changing environment rather than preserving the status quo.
