چکیده [English]
Research and studies about leadership and
management in all universities s pose two
interesting questions:
1.-What do the managers and responsible
people do in universities?
2. What are the functions of the managers and
responsible people in universities.
The objective of this research study is to
recognize and delineate the main functional
activities of the university responsible people
in order to determine this fact that how the
university managers should allocate their time
to different functional activities, also the
objective is to compare the job specificities of
the presidents of universities in Nigeria and
Britain in order to understand to approach for
choosing such portfolios or these two
countries.
