We all know that career development and Management development are two areas of common. interest to organizations mr. tahmoureth hasan gholi pur, in "The Relationship Between Career Developmen and Management Development," discusses these common elements and presents ways of improving both areas wi-th mutual benef its to each other. The first step in career development is to plan for a process through , which individuals determine the .skills they need for better task performance To the extent thit such skills can be developed through appropriate management development programs. The process should plan and implement such meacures. The author further discusses the advantages of " maintaining a healthy relationship between career development and management development programs in organizations and offers strategies for planning, consulting, and implementing career development and management development programs for all indiviuals within organizations. | ||
