Abstract | ||
The participation of N.G.Os can also be found in the process of creating and their control as well as in the area of their application and the implementation of these norms. Clearly, this study dose not attempt to present a general picture of the modus operandi of N.G.Os in international law. These can only serve as a secondary aspect of the main subject of this study, from the viewpoint particularly of the juridical application of the rules of international law.This study aims to provide an illustration in relation to procedural issues concerning the institution of amicus curiae before international tribunals. This institution, indeed, offers a not inconsiderable opportunity for N.G.Os to have access to international tribunals. Even without actually being parties to the hearing. Having examined the definition of amicus curiae before international tribunals, this study will then consider the use of this institution by N.G.Os and the success that have achieved through exploiting amici proceedings. | ||
