SOME COMMENT ON: A critique of his article (also in English) is provided by Dr. Abdollah Zandieh of our own faculty. While ques¬tioning the validity of some of the concepts used in defining culture in the LDC's development context, Dr. Zandieh renders some of his own insights into the cul¬tural setting for the industrial development of the Third World countries.
