Our English-text article deals with the problems of integrating culture and technology for the development of the LDC's. Dr. Reza Najafbagy of the European University of The Hague discusses criteria for evalua¬tion and selection of the culturally sensitive develop¬ment projects in the Third World countries. He obser¬ves that the process of industrialization in many TWC's has retarded if not halted, the development of indigenous products and has often served as a culture based obstacle to the real development of the LDC's
