چکیده | ||
یکی از مهمترین چالشهای سازمانهای امروزی، بهویژه سازمانهای فناوری اطلاعات، در سیال بودن دانش و تخصص کارکنان نهفته است که نگهداری آنها در سازمان از پیچیدگیهای خاصی برخوردار است. طبق پژوهشهای گذشته، ترک خدمت کارکنان تحت تأثیر عوامل فردی، سازمانی و محیطی متعددی قرار میگیرد که یکی از مهمترین این عوامل، نگرشهای شغلی کارکنان است و از طرفی، مدتهاست که عدالت بهمثابه یکی از مهمترین عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه اجتماعی در سازمان، مدنظر پژوهشگران قرار گرفته است؛ بهطوریکه پژوهشهای گوناگون بر اهمیت تأثیر عدالت و ابعاد آن بر جلبنظر و مشارکت و وفاداری کارکنان صحه گذاردهاند. این پژوهش مترصد آن است که با تأکید بر اهمیت جو سازمان در وفاداری کارکنان، تأثیر ابعاد گوناگون عدالت بر جو سازمانی را بررسی و مقایسه کند. بدین منظور از ابزار پرسشنامه و روش توصیفی- همبستگی برای انجام پژوهش استفاده شده است. براساس نتایج حاصله، عدالت اطلاعاتی و مشاهدهای بیشترین تأثیر و در مقایسه با آن، عدالت زبانی و توزیعی کمترین تأثیر را بر وفاداری سازمانی دارند | ||

One of the most important issues about nowadays organizations, especially which work on information technology is hidden in currency of human resources' knowledge and skills that their maintenance in organization has particular complexities. According to past researches, human resource turnover is influenced by several individual, organizational and environmental factors. One of the most important of this factors is human resource`s attitudes toward their job and partially it`s believed that justice is considered as one of the most important effective factors in social development of organizations and it is attracted by researches in a way that various studies certify on importance of justice and it`s dimensions on attraction, participation and loyalty of human resources. This research is trying to compare and study over the importance of various dimensions of justice and organizational climate in human resources loyalty. According to the results, informational and observational justice has the most influence and distributive and lingual justice has the least influence on organizational loyalty. | ||
