| چکیده | ||
| This study aims to investigate the current and desired situation of information and communication technologies (ICT), organizational structure and firm performance in Consultant Engineering Firms. To do so, a descriptive-exploratory study was performed among 252 managers and experts of consultant engineering firms in Tehran. A cluster sampling approach was used bya self-administrated questionnaire. Reliability was confirmed by Cronbach’s coefficient. Using one sample t-test, paired sample t-test and regression analysis, results indicated that 1) current and desired situation of ICT, organizational structure and firm performance are acceptable, 2) there is significant difference between current and desired situation of ICT, organizational structure and firm performance, 3) ICT has a positive and significant effect on organizational structure and firm performance | ||

| هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی وضعیت موجود و مطلوب فناوریهای نوین ارتباطی و اطلاعاتی (ICT)، ساختار سازمانی و عملکرد شرکتهای مهندسان مشاور است. بهعلاوه، تأثیر ICT بر عملکرد و ساختار سازمانی آنها مورد بررسی قرار میگیرد. از این رو، مطالعهای بهشیوۀ توصیفی ـ پیمایشی در میان 252 نفر از مدیران و متخصصان شرکتهای مهندسان مشاور نقشهبرداری در شهر تهران و با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای انجام شد. ابزار سنجش، پرسشنامهای محققساز بود. پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. با استفاده از آزمون میانگین یک جامعه، آزمون مقایسه زوجی و معادلات ساختاری، این نتایج بهدست آمد: 1) وضعیت موجود و مطلوب ICT، ساختار و عملکرد سازمانی شرکتهای مهندسان مشاور در سطح قابل قبولی قرار دارد، 2) بین وضعیت موجود و مطلوب ICT، ساختار و عملکرد سازمانی شرکتهای مهندسان مشاور اختلاف معناداری وجود دارد، 3) ICT تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر ساختار سازمانی و عملکرد شرکتهای مهندسان مشاور دارد. | ||
