| چکیده | ||
| در سالهای اخیر، کشاورزی چندکارکَردی به منزلۀ پارادایم نوین توسعۀ کشاورزی و روستایی به جهانیان معرفی شده است. چندکارکَردی بودن کشاورزی مبین آن است که کشاورزی واجد کارکَردهای تولیدی (تولید غذا، تولید الیاف) و کارکَردهای غیرتولیدی (عرصۀ ایجاد اشتغال و کسب درآمد، تقویت سرمایۀ اجتماعی، حفاظت از تنوع زیستی و ژنتیکی، تقویت صنایع روستایی، مظهر مناظر و چشماندازهای زیبا) است. هدف کشاورزی چندکارکردی، بهرهمندی روستاییان و کشاورزان از کلیۀ مواهب بخش کشاورزی است. از این رو، هدف پژوهش پیش رو، شناسایی و تعیین کارکَردهای کشاورزی کشور از دیدگاه صاحبنظران توسعۀ کشاورزی و روستایی با استفاده از روش دلفای است. بر اساس نمونهگیری هدفمند، 15 نفر به منزلۀ اعضای پانل دلفای شناسایی شدند. در این پژوهش که در سه دور انجام گرفت، 7 کارکَرد به منزلۀ کارکردهای تولیدی کشاورزی و 33 کارکَرد به منزلۀ کارکَردهای غیرتولیدی کشاورزی در قالب 8 زیرعنوان (کارکَردهای اجتماعی و فرهنگی، سیاسی، اقتصادی، آموزشی، معرفتشناسی، هنری، زیستمحیطی و اکولوژیکی) شناسایی و تعیین شدند. از مهمترین کارکردهای تولیدی میتوان به تولید غذا، تولید خوراک دام و تولید الیاف و از مهمترین کارکردهای غیرتولیدی میتوان به امنیت غذایی، اشتغالزایی، کسب درآمد، سرمایۀ اجتماعی، صادرات و ارزآوری، حفاظت از تنوع زیستی و منابع پایۀ تولیدی به‌ویژه آب و خاک اشاره کرد. | ||

| In recent years, multifunctional agriculture as a new paradigm of agriculture and rural development was introduced to the world. Multifunctional indicates that the inclusion of agricultural production functions (food, fiber) and unproductive functions (field of employment and income, strengthening social capital, conservation of biodiversity and genetic enhancement of rural industries, represented beautiful landscape partially) is Multi-purpose farming, villagers and farmers benefit from, all the blessings of the agricultural sector. Hence, the aim of this study was to identify and determine the terms of agricultural practices agriculture and rural development experts using the Delphi Method. By using purposed sampling, 15 were identified as members of the Delphi panel. This study was conducted in three rounds, 7 functions as functions as functions of unproductive agricultural crop production and 33 performance in Subheading 8 (social functions and cultural, political, economic, educational, sociology of knowledge, art, environmental ecological and ecological) were identified.
