چکیده | ||
مدیران زنجیرۀ تأمین، فعالیتهای بسیاری را برای دستیابی به اثربخشی مدیریت زنجیرۀ تأمین انجام میدهند و برای این کار ابزارهای بسیاری را با نام توانمندساز بهکار میگیرند. با وجود این، پیشینۀ موضوع روابط علّی میان توانمندسازهای زنجیرۀ تأمین، فعالیتهای مدیریت زنجیرۀ تأمین و عملکرد آن، کممایه است. از این رو مطالعۀ حاضر به نگاشت ادراکی روابط علّی میان فعالیتهای مدیریت زنجیرۀ تأمین، توانمندسازهای زنجیرۀ تأمین و عملکرد زنجیرۀ تأمین بر اساس دانش خبرگان میپردازد. برای این کار، نخست روش طبقهبندی کیو اجرا شد تا فهرست معتبری از فعالیتهای مدیریت زنجیرۀ تأمین و توانمندسازهای زنجیرۀ تأمین در ایران فراهم آید. سپس از روش نگاشت ادراکی با رویکرد فازی جدیدی بهره برده شد. گفتنی است طی کل فرایند نیازی به عملیات قطعیسازی دادههای فازی وجود نداشت. این رویکرد به نگاشتی ادراکی از روابط علّی فازی انجامید. مدل علّی نهایی بهدستآمده، آثار علّی توانمندسازهای زنجیرۀ تأمین بر فعالیتهای مدیریت زنجیرۀ تأمین و آثار علّی فعالیتهای مدیریت زنجیرۀ تأمین بر شاخصهای عملکرد زنجیرۀ تأمین را نشان داد و شدت این آثار را مشخص کرد. | ||

Nowadays we know effective supply chain management a key to business success. Therefore, supply chain managers use many practices for SCM effectiveness and many tools as their enablers. Nevertheless, literature about causal relations between SC enablers and SCM practices and performance is scarce. This study reports a cognitive mapping of causal relationships between SCM practices, SC enablers and SC performance based on expert's knowledge. To do so, first Q-sort procedure operated to find a verified list of SCM practices and SC enablers in Iran. Then fuzzy cognitive mapping methodology performed with a new fuzzy approach without need of defuzzification throughout the process. This approach resulted in a cognitive map of fuzzy causal relationship. Final causal model depicts causal impacts of SC enablers on SCM practices and SCM practices on SC performance indicators and their severity. | ||
