روانشناسان معتقدند حسادت هیجانی منفی است، زیرا میتواند به پیامدهای منفی برای سازمان منجر شود. در این راستا، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی پیشبینیپذیری تمایل به ترکخدمت پرستاران از طریق حسادت در محیط کار، با میانجیگری خوداحترامی و رفتارهای غیرشهروندی است. بدین منظور، 110 نفر از پرستاران بیمارستان قائم (عج) در شهر مشهد به عنوان جامعة آماری در نظرگرفته شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها پرسشنامه بهکار گرفته شد. روایی سازه از طریق تحلیل عاملی تأییدی بررسی شد و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بزرگتر از 70/0، پایایی پرسشنامه را تأیید کرد. به منظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با بهکارگیری مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری یافتهها نشان داد متغیرهای خوداحترامی و رفتارهای غیرشهروندی نمیتوانند قدرت پیشبینیکنندگی مناسبی برای تمایل به ترک خدمت پرستاران داشته باشد و حسادت بر تمایل به ترک خدمت تأثیر ندارد. با وجود این حسادت بر رفتارهای غیرشهروندی و خوداحترامی پرستاران تأثیر مثبت دارد. | ||

Psychologists suggest that envy is a negative emotion since it can result in negative consequences for the organization. The objective of this research was to determine the effect of envy on intention-to-leave the job via self-esteem and uncivil behaviors. To this End, 110 Ghaem hospital nurses in Mashhad were chosen as the statistical population. A questionnaire made of 26questions was used. Construct validity was investigated by Confirmatory-Factor-Analysis method and Korunbakh-Alpha coefficient certified the reliability. AMOS software based on Structural-Equation-Modelling method was applied to analyze data. The results of the research showed the mediating variables_ self-esteem and uncivil behaviors_ can't predict nurse’s intention-to-leave and also envy doesn't have impact on it. However envy can positively affect uncivil behaviors and self-esteem. | ||
