| چکیده | ||
| در دهه‌های اخیر، مقابله با عوامل تخریب مراتع و تلاش در جهت احیای مراتع، به منزلة گامی اساسی در راستای توسعة پایدار، لازم و ضروری بوده است. اما، با توجه به وسعت زیاد عرصه‌های منابع طبیعی و نیاز به نیروی انسانی بسیار زیاد برای حفاظت و احیای این منابع، به‌نظر می‌رسد مشارکت بهره‌برداران عرصه‌های مذکور بهترین وسیله برای توسعة این منابع باشد. از این رو، هدف کلی این تحقیق شناسایی موانع مشارکت مرتع‌داران در اجرای طرح‌های مرتع‌داری در بخش مرکزی شهرستان کهگیلویه است. این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی و روش پژوهش همبستگی است. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه است. جامعة آماری تحقیق حاضر 197 نفر از مرتع‌داران است که از این تعداد بر اساس فرمول کوکران، 110 نفر به عنوان نمونه به کمک روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS16 صورت گرفت. داده‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که میزان عدم مشارکت اکثریت بهره‌برداران (6/77 درصد) در حد متوسط است. از سوی دیگر، بین عوامل فردی و روان‌شناختی، اجتماعی، آموزشی، اقتصادی، سیاسی، و عدم مشارکت مرتع‌داران در اجرای طرح‌های مرتع‌داری رابطة منفی و معنی‌داری در سطح 99/0 وجود دارد. همچنین، بر اساس یافته‌های موجود، عوامل آموزشی و اجتماعی در مجموع 6/53 درصد از تغیرات واریانس عدم مشارکت مرتع‌داران را تبیین کردند. از این رو، به منظور مشارکت بیشتر مرتع‌داران در اجرای طرح‌های مرتع‌داری شهرستان کهگیلویه، توجه خاص به عوامل مذکور می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز مشارکت هر چه بیشتر مرتع‌داران باشد. | ||

| This study Proceeded the Identity of the shackles of Participation pasture manageres about Performance Projects range- Management to Central Part kohkiloie Township. The purpose in this study was to Identity of the shackles of Participation pasture manageres about Performance Projects range- Management to Central Part kohkiloie Township. The present research is applied research by using descriptive and correlational methods and its instrument was questionnaire. The present statistical community consisted of 197 numbers of the pasture manageres which based on the ''Cochran'' formula, by using of Random Sampling, the number of 110 were selected as the statistical sample.Data was analyzed by using SPSS win software. Findings Through Spearman Rnank Correlation Coefficient, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and Eta Correlation Coefficient has shown that based on the pasture manageres' views, the Personal Factors, the Social Factors, Economical Factors, Political Factors and Didactic Factors wouldeffect on the shackles of Participation pasture manageres about Performance Projects range- Management, while the variable of Age, Precedence, Size Land, Literacy and Sexuality don't effect on the shackles of Participation pasture manageres about Performance Projects range- Management. The result from stepwise regression analysis showed that, the Social Factors and Didactic Factors had positive effects on shackles of Participation pasture manageres about Performance Projects range- Management. | ||

ی‌‌شود سازمان جنگل‌ها و مرتع بذر لازم را در اختیار مرتع‌داران قرار دهد تا مرتع‌داران در بذرپاشی و بذرکاری مشارکت کنند؛ 2. با توجه به تأثیر عوامل آموزشی، پیشنهاد می‌شود مروجان منابع طبیعی با مرتع‌داران ارتباط کافی داشته باشند، به نیازهای آموزشی دامداران توجه کنند، و دوره‌های آموزشی- ترویجی مناسب برای شرکت مرتع‌داران در طرح‌های مرتع‌داری برگزار کنند؛
