چکیده | ||
در این تحقیق تأثیر دو باکتری باسیلوس سابتیلیس (Bacillus subtilis BP6) و لاکتوباسیلوس پلانتاروم (Lactobacillus plantarum LP3) در شاخصهای رشد، بازماندگی و فلور میکروبی رودة لارو ماهی شانک زرد باله (Acanthopagrus latus) با شیوههای غنیسازی آرتمیا و استفاده در آب ارزیابی شد. برای هر باکتری سه تیمار در نظر گرفته شد. در تیمار اول باکتریها تنها از طریق آرتمیای غنیسازیشده با باکتری مورد نظر در اختیار لاروها قرار گرفتند، در تیمارهای دوم و سوم باکتریها به ترتیب با تراکم 103 و 106 سلول در میلیلیتر به آب محیط پرورش لاروها افزوده شدند. نتایج نشان داد که هر دو باکتری BP6 و LP3 توانستند شاخصهای رشد و بازماندگی لارو ماهی شانک A.latus را در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد به طور معنیداری بهبود بخشند (05/0p<). هر دو باکتری توانستند با روندی تقریباً ثابت و با شیب افزایشی کمی استقرار قابل قبولی هم در آب و هم در دستگاه گوارش داشته باشند. | ||

This study examined the effects of two bacteria (Bacillu subtilis BP6 and Lactobacillus plantarum LP3) on survival, growth and digestive tract microflora of Achanthopagrus latus larvae with different delivery methods. For each bacterium was considered three treatments with different delivery methods. In first treatment, fish larvae were exposed to each bacterium through feeding them with bacteria-enriched Artemia. In second and third treatment, fish larvae were exposed to each bacterium through adding it directly to the water at 103 and 106 cells/ml respectively. The results show that in fish larvae to which bacteria had been administered, exhibited significant (P<0.05) increases in both survival and growth parameters wet weight as compared to control. Both bacteria could colonize the water and the gastrointestinal tract with relatively consistent trend. | ||
