| Abstract | ||
| Style of speaking of holy Quran has always been one of important issue that has bitten contemporary scholars. The author believes that the form of manifestation of this style should be called "speech Quran" or " Notqe Quran. Based on the narrative and literally evidence (notq) means "delivering and transmitting the message from book to human. And this transmitting may be happen through two mechanisms: 1) Mechanism of words and sounds and 2)Mechanism of rational transmitting. The Quran is not a book tutorial to understand the other's needs and the theory of Koran proficiency in understanding the Qur'an is the Qur'an to non-self-sufficient and that it considers sufficient to understand the meaning of its own meaning, it does not seem all . And the great thing and end of Qur'anic revelation, the revelation of expression is one of the forms of speech and expression, "the revelation of speech" is only dedicated to the Immaculate peace be upon him and other commentators have raised such a title can not be. | ||
