| چکیده | ||
| کارآفرین سیاسی فردی نوآور و خلاق در عرصه سیاست‌ها است که با طرح ایده‌های نو، در حوزه سیاستگذاری تحول آفرین بوده و راه‌های جدیدی را می‌گشاید. در این مقاله به نقش کارآفرین سیاسی در فرایند عقلانی و تغییرات جزئی– تدریجی، نقش کارآفرین سیاسی در فرایند شبکه‌ای سیاستگذاری عمومی و نیز نقش کارآفرین در رابطه با مدل جریان‌ها و دریچه‌ها پرداخته خواهد شد. نویسنده معتقد است با توجه به فقر ادبیات موضوعی در این حوزه، با بررسی عمیق‌تر و با مطالعه در خصوص انگیزه‌ها، نحوه عمل و آثار فعالیت کارآفرینان سیاسی می توان به نظریهپردازیهای مفید و تازه‌ای در این زمینه دست یابیم. | ||

| Political enterprenuer is an innovative and creative person in the field of politics, with new ideas, making a new ways in policy making.This article attempts to contribute the role of political enterprenuer engaging in a rational policy making. Thus, in this article the role of political enterprenuers in the process of slight changes, gradual political enterprenuers in the public policy networks and the role of enterprenuers in connection with flow current and models. So it is necessary to look deeper at the study of the motives, methods of activities of political enterprenuers, we could achive to a useful new field. | ||
