| چکیده | ||
| هدف از مقالة حاضر، تحلیل معنایی فعل گرفتن و به دست دادن تصویر روشنی از چندمعنایی این فعل در زبان فارسی است. داده‌های مورد بررسی برگرفته از فرهنگ بزرگ سخن و روش تحلیل بر اساس انگارة چندمعنایی اصول‌مند تایلر و ایونز است. بر این اساس، پس از استخراج معانی متمایز فعل گرفتن، طرحوارة معنی اصلی این فعل با استفاده از اصول پنج‌گانة انگارة مذکور ترسیم و سپس نحوة اشتقاق سایر معانی از این معنی بیان شده است. نتایج این پژوهش، شبکة معنایی گرفتن را در اختیار ما قرار می‌دهد و در نتیجه دانش ما را دربارة این فعل آنچنان‌که اکنون در زبان فارسی به کار می‌رود، کامل‌تر می‌کند. | ||

| This article aims to analyze the semantics of the Persian verb “gereftan” by providing a transparent picture of its polysemous nature. The data under study are gathered from Farhang-e Bozorg-e Sokhan (The Great Sokhan Dictionary) and analyzed based on Principled Polysemy Model (Tyler & Evans 2001, 2003). To this end, a scheme for its primary sense is first drawn by determining the distinct senses of gereftan; then its other senses derived from this main sense will be systematically analyzed. In short, this study provides the semantic network of gereftan, which will deepen our knowledge about this verb in the contemporary Persian. | ||
