| در زبان فارسی میانه، مانند بسیاری از زبان‌های دیگر، یکی از وجوه فعل التزامی است که هم در زمان مضارع و هم در زمان ماضی کاربرد داشته، ولی در متون موجود فقط از بعضی صیغه‌های آن شواهدی در اختیار است. ماضی التزامی در فارسی میانه کم‌کاربردتر از مضارع التزامی است و ظاهراً محدود است به بعضی افعالی که از ماده یا بن ماضی فعل و فعل معین hād ساخته شده‌اند. با این حال، صورت دیگری از افعال التزامی هم در متون موجود به کار رفته که از مادۀ ماضی و صرف مضارع فعل būdan ساخته می‌شده و در کتاب‌های دستور ذکری از آن نشده است. این ساخت در فارسی جدید (یا فارسی دری) هم استمرار پیدا کرده و منشأ آن را نیز می‌توان در ساخت‌های فعلی ترکیبی زبان‌های ایرانی باستان (یعنی اوستایی و فارسی باستان) نشان داد. | ||

| In Middle Persian (Pahlavi), like many Other languages, one aspect of subjunctive verbs in the present tense and the past tense is used, but the evidence in the literature that is available only from some Syghhhay. Middle Persian is bound by the obligation Kmkarbrdtr of past and present verb root is apparently limited to some of the material or Ben hung verbs and auxiliary verb hād made. However, a different form of subjunctive verbs used in the literature that Article past and present verb root verb būdan mere mention of it has not been, in the order books.
