تأثیر غده کامل سیر تازه بر شاخص تولید، سیستم ایمنی و خصوصیات لاشه در دو آزمایش مستقل در شرایط طبیعی و در شرایط تنش سرمائی با استفاده از 592 قطعه جوجه خروس یکروزه سویه آرین به مدت 42 روز مطالعه شد. آزمایش اول در دمای طبیعی با چهار تیمار، چهار تکرار و 21 پرنده در هر تکرار و آزمایش دوم در شرایط استرس سرمایی با چهار تیمار، چهار تکرار و 16 پرنده در هر تکرار در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی متعادل اجرا شدند. تیمارهای غذایی در هر دو آزمایش شامل 1- جیره پایه بدون سیر (تیمار شاهد) 2- جیره دارای 5/0 درصد سیر 3- جیره داری یک درصد سیر و 4- جیره دارای 5/1 درصد سیر بودند. بالاترین مقدار افزایش وزن روزانه و شاخص تولید در هر دو شرایط دمای معمولی و استرس سرمایی مربوط به تیمار 5/0 درصد سیر بود (01/0P | ||

In order to investigate the effect of fresh whole garlic bulb (FGBP) on production index, immune system and carcass characteristics of Arian broiler strain, 592 male one day old chicks were studied during 42 days in two independent experiments. The first experiment was conducted under normal temperature condition (NTC) with 4 treatments, 4 replicates and 21 birds per replicate and second experiment was conducted under cold temperature condition (CTC) with 4 treatments, 4 replicates and 16 birds per replicate basis balanced completely randomized design. The treatments were 1- basal diet without FGBP (control group), 2, 3 and 4 basal diet containing 0.5, 1 and 1.5 percent FGBP, respectively under both NTC and CTC.
