| چکیده | ||
| هدف: این پژوهش با هدف توصیف کیفیت زندگی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان تحت شیمی‌درمانی و همچنین مطالعه چگونگی ارتباط کیفیت زندگی با متغیرهای دموگرافیک، نشانه‌های جسمی ناشی از بیماری و درمان و کارکردهای جسمی، عاطفی، اجتماعی، شناختی و جنسی افراد مبتلا انجام شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع همبستگی است که به شکل مقطعی اجرا شد. نمونه مورد پژوهش در این مطالعه متشکل از 116 نفر از زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزارگردآوری اطلاعات در این مطالعه شامل فرم اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه عمومی‌کیفیت زندگی مبتلایان سرطان EORTC QLQ30 (version 3.0) و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی اختصاصی مبتلایان به سرطان پستان EORTC QLQ-BR23 بوده است. روش آماری این پژوهش از نوع همبستگی و رگرسیون به روش گام به گام بود. یافته‌ها: میانگین کیفیت زندگی کلی (51/63 از 100) است. عملکرد اجتماعی و شدت درد قوی‌ترین پیش‌بینی کننده‌های کیفیت زندگی مبتلایان به سرطان پستان می‌باشد. همچنین از میان متغیرهای دموگرافیک سن، والد بودن، وضعیت اشتغال و تحصیلات با کیفیت زندگی ارتباط معنادار داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش به شبکه حمایت اجتماعی بیماران و مداخله‌های روانشناختی و روان‌پرستاری جهت کاهش درد اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. همچنین در مطالعه کیفیت زندگی توجه به نیازهای متفاوت بیماران در مراحل مختلف بیماری و درمان، زمان سپری شده از تشخیص و سن بیمار هنگام تشخیص ضروری است. | ||

| Aim: this study was performed to describe quality of life in patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Study the relationship between quality of life and demographic variables, Physical symptoms due to disease and treatment and emotional, social, cognitive &sexual functions is the other purpose of this study. Methods and Materials: This cross-sectional study was a descriptive-analytic one conducted in 116 breast cancer patients with simple sampling methodology. Data collection instrument included a questionnaire contains 3 parts (demographic information, European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer(EORTC), Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(QLQ-C30) (version 3.0) and QLQ – BR23, Quality of Life Questionnaire- breast cancer. The data was analyzed by descriptive and analytical statistics (step by step regressions). Findings: Based on study findings, the quality of life was good (63.51 from 100). Social function and pain severity are the strongest predictors of the quality of life of breast cancer patients. There is also a significant relationship between age, Parenthood, Education and employment status of patients and their quality of life. Conclusions: Education to patients' social support network and Psychological and psychiatric nursing intervention for pain relief is important. Also in the study of quality of life it is necessary to pay attention to the different needs of patients at different stages of the disease and treatment, the elapsed time from the diagnosis and age of the patient when diagnosis.
