چکیده | ||
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش نیازهای موفقیت و تعلق در تاثیرگذاری عدالت سازمانی ادراک شده در قالب ابعاد عدالت توزیعی، رویه ای و مراوده ای بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی خدمتگرا بوده است. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی، و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 350 نفر از کارکنان شعب شرکت بیمه پارسیان در سطح شهر تهران بود که بهصورت تصادفی 183 نفر از آنان به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدهاند. برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه ها از روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بررسی شد. نتایج بدست آمده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که عدالت رویه ای و مراوده ای ادراک شده کارکنان بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی خدمتگرا تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند، اما عدالت توزیعی ادراک شده هیچ تاثیری بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی خدمتگرا ندارد. علاوه بر این، نتایج به دست آمده از رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی نقش تعدیل گر نیاز به موفقیت و نیاز به تعلق را در رابطه بین عدالت رویه ای و مراوده ای ادراک شده و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی خدمتگرا را تایید می کند. | ||

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of need of achievement and need of affiliation in the effect of perceived organizational justice which encompasses distributive, procedural and interactional dimensions on service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior (SOCB). This study is a descriptive-correlation survey. Statistical population consists of 350 employees of various branches of Parsian Insurance Company in Tehran which of them 183 employees were randomly selected as the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaire. Questionnaire`s reliability and validity were analyzed using Cronbach alpha coefficient and confirmatory factor analysis respectively. Results of the structural equation modeling show that employees` perceptions of procedural and interactional justice have positive effect on SOCB whereas distributive justice has no significant impact on SOCB. In addition, results of the hierarchical regression support the moderating role of need of achievement and need of affiliation in the relationship between perceived procedural and interactional justice and SOCB. | ||
