چکیده | ||
با توجه به اهمیت انگیزه شغلی در بخش دولتی که به دلیل وجود پاره ای از شرایط، ویژگی های آن و همچنین محیط و فضای شغلی، آن را از سایر مشاغل جدا می سازد، هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی انگیزه خدمت عمومی در بخش دولتی ایران و تعیین عوامل اثرگذار بر آن و همچنین احصا بهترین تبیین کنندهها می باشد. داده های پژوهش از سازمانهای دولتی در سطح استانی گردآوری شده و در قالب 859 پرسشنامه مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. روش تحقیق آمیخته بوده و در دو بخش کیفی برای احصا مقوله ها از طریق روش فراترکیب و بخش کمّی با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نشان داد سه دسته عوامل اثر گذار بر انگیزه خدمت عمومی در بخش دولتی به ترتیب عبارت است از سبک زندگی، عوامل محیط کار و عوامل جمعیت شناختی. | ||

Considering the importance of job motivation in the public sector due to the existence of a number of conditions including the environment and job characteristics, it is separated from other occupations. This research studies the motivation of public service in the public sector of Iran and also, determines the effective factors regarding motivation to reach the most useful explanatory model. The data were collected from governmental organizations through 859 questionnaires and were analyzed. The study employed a mixed method in two sections, qualitative research in order to obtain the categories by meta-analysis, as well as using quantitative technique through the structural equation model. Data analysis shows that the three categories of factors affecting the motivation of public service in the public sector are respectively lifestyle, work environment and demographic factors. | ||
