| چکیده | ||
| ریسک، شرایط و وضعیتی احتمالی است که در صورت بروز، می‌تواند مانع تحقق کامل اهداف پروژه شود و مدیریت ریسک فرایندی است که با هدف کاهش پیامدهای منفی ریسک و سودجستن از پیامدهای مثبت آن، تلاش بر تحقق هرچه بیشتر اهداف پروژه دارد. از آنجاکه اهداف مالی یکی از زیربنایی‌ترین اهداف پروژه هستند و عدم تحقق آنها می‌تواند زمینهساز شکست پروژه و سازمان انجامدهندهی آن باشد، مدیریت ریسکهای تهدیدکنندهی آن یکی از اهداف اصلی تیم مدیریت پروژه شمرده میشود. شناسایی و ارزیابی صحیح ریسکها برای مدیریت صحیح آنها حیاتی است. بههمین دلیل در استانداردها و راهنماهای مختلف، الگوها و روشهای متنوعی برای تحلیل ریسکها پیشنهاد شده است. این مقاله با بهکارگیری یکی از روشهای نوین ارزیابی ریسک که علاوهبر شاخصهای احتمال و اثر، شاخص توان مواجهه سازمان با ریسک را نیز مورد توجه قرار می‌دهد، ریسکهای مالی تهدیدکنندهی پروژه ساخت یک نیروگاه برق را مورد ارزیابی قرار داده و بر اساس نتایج حاصل آنها را اولویت‌بندی کرده است. | ||

| Risk could jeopardize obtaining projects’ goals and risk management can be used for minimizing risks’ negative consequences. On the other hand, by using risk management, projects benefit positive risks’ outcome to optimizing final result. Financial aspect of a project is one of the main criteria uses for evaluating a project‘s success, so managing financial risks has high priority for project management team. As recognizing and assessing the risks is the first step of risk management, several methods have been proposed in different standards. This survey evaluates financial risks of construction a power plant by using a new method of risk assessment which is based on 3 criteria: probability, consequences and risk identification. | ||
