| Objective: Owing to the increasing environmental concerns, the replacement of fuel-based vehicles with electric vehicles and the use of renewable energy in the transportation industry is attracting much attention. The charging station is indispensable for widespread use of electric vehicle, so the design of charging stations with the integration of renewable energy, energy storage systems and grid energy is imperative. Methods: The present study proposes that a Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) model which is designed to obtain the optimal size of the photovoltaic and battery storage system, in which all investment costs and operational costs are optimized for a time horizon. In this model, the simultaneous purchasing and selling of power can't happen and incomes and costs are calculated based on economic factors. The data from the public charging station in the Netherlands is employed in this study. The optimal size of the photovoltaic and battery storage systems, the optimal purchasing and selling energy of power grid at any moment are determined based on three defined scenarios according to different policies. Results: The results showed that each scenario is economically sound under different conditions. Conclusion: Mixture of renewable energies and storage systems can obtain the best cost-efficient solution and the utilization of those energies in charging stations of electric vehicle would reduce the impact on the electrical grid. | ||

| هدف: به‌دلیل افزایش نگرانی‌های زیست‌محیطی، امروزه، جایگزینی وسایل نقلیه الکتریکی با وسایل نقلیه سوختی به‌عنوان راهحلی اقتصادی، اهمیت ویژه‌ای پیدا کرده‌‌است. با توسعه بهکارگیری انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر و سیستم‌های ذخیره‌ساز انرژی، طراحی ایستگاه‌های شارژ با ترکیبی از این منابع انرژی و امکان تبادل با شبکه برق امری ضروری است. در این مقاله به مسئله طراحی این ایستگاه‌ها، ظرفیت و تعیین منابع تأمین انرژی در این ایستگاه‌ها پرداخته شده است و تقاضای موجود در بازه های زمانی و محدودیت‌های مربوط به ایستگاه شارژ و هر یک از منابع انرژی در نظر گرفته شدهاند. روش: مسئله پژوهش، در قالب مدل برنامه‌ریزی خطی عدد صحیح بمنظور بهینه‌سازی هزینه‌های سرمایه‌گذاری و عملیاتی ایستگاه، برای افق زمانی مشخص فرموله شده است. در این مدل، ایستگاه شارژ قابلیت دارد که به‌صورت غیرهم‌زمان انرژی را از شبکه برق شهری خرید و فروش کند. همچنین، هزینهها و درآمدهای آن با در نظر گرفتن فاکتور ارزش زمانی پول در مدل محاسبه شده است. مدل پیشنهادی برای یک مسئله واقعی مربوط به ایستگاه شارژ عمومی در کشور هلند بهکار گرفته شده و بر اساس سه سناریوی تعریف‌‌شده و سیاستهای مختلف، تعداد بهینه پنلهای سیستم انرژی خورشیدی، باتریهای سیستم ذخیرهسازی انرژی و مقدار بهینه انرژی خریداریشده از شبکه برق و انرژی فروختهشده به شبکه برق در هر بازه زمانی بهدست آمد و از نظر اقتصادی بررسی شد. یافته‌ها: طبق نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، هر سه سناریو تحت شرایط مختلف، توجیه اقتصادی داشته و سودآور بوده‌اند. نتیجه‌گیری: استفاده از انرژی خورشیدی و باتریها، علاوهبر کاهش وابستگی ایستگاه شارژ به شبکه برق شهری، در سودآوری و درآمدزایی بیشتر برای ایستگاه شارژ، نقش کلیدی دارد. | ||
