چکیده
هدف از این تحقیق ارائة مدلی برای توسعة سرمایة روان‌شناختی با محوریت سرمایة اجتماعی در سطح شهری بود. جامعة آماری این تحقیق خبره‏های فعال شهری در زمینة سرمایه‏های روان‌شناختی بودند. برای شناسایی خبره‏ها از روش نمونه‏گیری هدفمند و گلوله‌برفی استفاده شد. بیست خبره با توجه به کفایت داده انتخاب شدند. روش تجزیه‏و‏تحلیل تئوری داده‏بنیاد بود. داده‏ها از مصاحبة عمیق گردآوری شد. بر اساس نتایج داده‌بنیاد و در شرایط علّی، یکپارچگی در برابر تهدیدها و شکوفایی قابلیت‏های شهروندان شناسایی شد. پدیدة اصلی امید به زندگی است؛ شرایط مداخله‌گر شامل شخصیت شهروندان، و اقدامات مسئولان شهری است؛ بستر حاکم شامل فرهنگ زندگی شهری و کیفیت زندگی شهری است؛ راهبرد اصلی سرمایة اجتماعی و سلامت شهری است. پیامد اصلی این مدل نیز توسعة سرمایة روان‌شناختی است.

چکیده [English]
The main purpose of the research was to present a model for the development of social capital based on social capital at the urban level. The statistical population of this research is active urban experts in the field of psychological capital. Target sampling and snowball were used to identify the experts. Twenty experts were used due to the adequacy of data. As in grounded theory, Data collection has been a profound interview. As a result, strengthening the integrity of the threats and the prosperity of the capabilities of citizens was identified. The main phenomenon was the strengthening of life expectancy, in relation to the conditions of the interventionist, the personality of the citizens, the actions of the city authorities. The governing body, urban culture, urban quality of life, and the main strategy of social capital and urban health were identified. The main consequence of this model is the development of psychological capital
