چکیده | ||
مهارتهای ارتباطات بینفردی یکی از مهمترین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیأت علمی قلمداد میشود. بستر ارتباطی مناسب، زمینه را برای انتقال بهتر مفاهیم و اطلاعات فراهم میکند. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمام اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه بود (120N=) که با استفاده از نمونهگیری در دسترس، 98 نفر برای مطالعه انتخاب شدند. ابزار اصلی پژوهش، پرسشنامهای محقق ساخته بود که روایی آن توسط جمعی از متخصصان و اعضای هیأتعلمی گروه ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی دانشگاه تهران و پایایی آن با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 18، انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد، اعضای هیأت علمی مورد مطالعه، در طبقه مهارتهای ارتباطات بینفردی بالا قرار گرفتهاند و میزان ضریب همبستگی بین مهارتهای ارتباطات بینفردی با عملکرد آموزشی پاسخگویان، 313/0 میباشد که بیانگر ارتباط مثبت و معنادار بالا بین مهارتهای ارتباطات بینفردی اعضای هیأت علمی مورد مطالعه با عملکرد آموزشی آنها است. در نهایت، پیشنهادها و راهکارهایی در جهت کمک به برنامهریزان نظام آموزش عالی کشاورزی ارایه گردید. | ||

Interpersonal Communication Skills are one of the most effective factors on Faculty members’ Educational performance. Appropriate Communication context, provides better transfer of concepts and information. The statistical population of the study consisted all faculty members in Sari Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University (N=120), Out of which 98 Faculty members has been selected through Convenient Sampling technique. The Research instrument was a questionnaire and its Validity was assessed by a group of Faculty Members and Experts judgment from the University of Tehran and the Reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The correlation coefficient between Interpersonal Communication Skills with the respondents’ Educational Performance was 0.313, showed a high correlation between positive Interpersonal Communication Skills of faculty members and their Educational performance. Finally, based on the results of the study, recommendations and guidelines for Agricultural higher Education planners presented. | ||
