| هدف: در سال‌های اخیر شکل تازه‌ای از سنجه‌های ارزیابی پژوهش و پژوهشگران با نام آلتمتریکس (دگرسنجی ) طرح شده که به دنبال ردگیری توجه رسانه‌ای، بازدید، دانلود، و غیره دربارة آثار دانشگاهی است. از نهادهای کلیدی که باید از این سنجه‌های نوظهور آگاهی داشته باشند کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی هستند که به پژوهشگران خدمات سنجش پژوهش ارائه می‌دهند. هدف از این پژوهش آگاهی از میزان آمادگی کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی برای ارائة این نوع خدمات تازه است. روش/رویکرد: برای دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش از روش پیمایشی بهره‌برداری شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کتابداران شاغل در کتابخانه‌های مرکزی دانشگاه‌های وزارت عتف و بهداشت شهر تهران (شامل 105 نفر) بود. اطلاعات لازم با یک پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، دربردارندۀ سه بخش و 20 گویه گردآوری شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که دانش و استفادة کتابداران برای پاسخگویی به درخواست کاربران کافی نیست و آمادگی این نهادها برای خدمت‌رسانی در زمینة آلتمتریکس پایین است. هم‌چنین، هیچ تفاوت معناداری میان میزان دانش و استفاده کتابداران دو وزارت از سنجه‌های آلتمتریکس نیست. افزون بر این، بیش‌تر کتابداران نیازمند کارگاهی آموزشی برای یادگیری استفاده از سنجه‌های آلتمتریکس هستند. اصالت/ارزش: این اولین پژوهشی است که به دنبال آگاهی از میزان آشنایی و استفادة کتابداران کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی ایران از آلتمتریکس است. کاربرد اجرایی: دانش و مهارت کتابداران در کتابخانه‌های بررسی دربارة سنجه‌های آلتمتریکس کافی نیست و مدیران این کتابخانه‌ها برای زیست‌پذیری و مرتبط ماندن با جامعة خود نیازمند توجه جدی‌تر به آموزش کتابداران در زمینة بکارگیری این خدمات تازه برای کاربران هستند. | ||

| Purpose – In recent years, a new form metrics for evaluating research and researchers, called Altimetrics has been developed that seeks to track media attention, viewing, downloading, and so on about academic works. The key institutions that need to be aware of these emerging metrics are academic libraries that provide researchers with research measurement services. The purpose of this research is to find out how well these libraries are prepared to provide these new services. Design/methodology/approach – To achieve the objectives of the study, a survey method was employed. The statistical population of this study was librarians working in central libraries of universities affiliated to MSRT and MOHME in Tehran (105 librarians). Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire including three sections and 20 items. Findings – Findings indicate that librarians' knowledge and use of altmetrics are not sufficient to respond to users' requests and their readiness to serve in this field is low. Also, there is no significant difference between the knowledge and use of librarians in the two ministries. In addition, most librarians need a workshop on learning altmetrics. Originality/value – This is the first study to find out the extent to which librarians in Iranian libraries are familiar with and utilize altmetrics. Practical implications – librarians' knowledge and use of altmetrics are not sufficient. University librarians need new services for users to be viable and relevant to their communities. The findings of this study are an alarm for them to move quickly to new tools and methods. | ||
