| چکیده | ||
| تغییر اقلیم به‌عنوان یکی از بحران‌های زیست‌محیطی به‌صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم زندگی بشر در سراسر کرۀ زمین را دستخوش تهدید و آسیب کرده است. ابراز نگرانی فزاینده در خصوص پیامدها و مخاطرات ناشی از چنین بحران‌هایی، سبب شده است تا در حقوق بین‌الملل محیط زیست بر لزوم اقدام هماهنگ، مشارکت و همفکری کلیۀ بازیگران بین‌المللی جهت چیرگی بر چنین مشکلاتی تأکید شود. مفاهیم و دکترین‌های نوپای حقوقی هر یک به‌نوبۀ خود کوشیده‌اند تا در راه صیانت جهانی از محیط زیست نقش‌آفرینی کنند. در این نوشتار، به یاری رویکردی نوین به اصول اساسی حقوق بین‌الملل محیط زیست و نحوۀ تعامل میان آنها در لوای مفهوم «نگرانی‌های مشترک بشری»؛ تکالیف جامعۀ بین‌المللی در قبال تعهدات ارگاامنس و همچنین نقش و تعهدات دولت‌ها و سایر بازیگران بین‌المللی جهت رویارویی با نگرانی‌های مشترک زیست‌محیطی از نظر خواهد گذشت. | ||

| Climate change as a common environmental challenge has threatended human life across the globe. Increasing concern about the consequences of such crises in international environmental law has led to coordinated and cooperative actions between all international legal actors in order to overcome such problems. The newest legal concepts and doctrins, have been trying to play a role in protecting global environment. This article will firstly address the interaction between the basic principles of international environmental law through the concept of “common concerns of humanity”. Then, it goes through the international community duties regarding obligations Erga Omnes. Also the international legal actor‘s obligations to confront with common environmental concerns would be examined. | ||
