چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر توسعه اکوسیستم کارآفرینی دانشگاهی انجام شده است. شناسایی مولفههای کارافرینانه و پیکرهبندی عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعهی اکوسیستم کارآفرینانه دانشگاهی از جمله اهداف به شمار میرود. تحقیق با رویکرد کمی و کیفی انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی، با نمونه اشباع عوامل، از خبرگان کسب و کارهای صنعتی و خدماتی استفاده شده است. بهعلاوه از تعداد 52 نفر از صاحبنظران حوزه محیطی و کارافرینانه با عوامل نهگانه استفاده شد. جامعه آماری؛ اعضای علمی دانشگاههای دولتی و آزاد در شهر تهران و صاحبان کسب و کارها هستند. یافتهها نشان داد عامل فرهنگ سرمایهگذاری و تامین مالی اکوسیستم (42/0)، فرهنگ سیاستگذاری کارافرینانه (12/0)، فرهنگ توسعه زیرساخت (16/0)، فرهنگ تحقیق و توسعه (19/0)، فرهنگ نهادسازی اکوسیستم (33/0)، فرهنگ توسعه بازار اکوسیستم (14/0)، فرهنگ بهبود محیط کسب و کار (50/0)، فرهنگ سیاستگذاری حاکمیتی (15/0) در تعیین میزان توسعه اکوسیستم کارافرینانه دانشگاهی نقش فعال و موثری دارند. نتایج نشان داد، ایجاد زیرساخت توسعه اکوسیستم و توسعه بازار در اکوسیستم کارافرینی دانشگاهی بهطور موثری بر بهبود محیط کسب و کار تاثیر دارند. توسعه تحقیق در اکوسیستم منجر به بهبود محیط اکوسیستم شده و دخالت عوامل حاکمیتی در سیاستگذاری و قوانین در آن کاهش مییابد. بهعلاوه آزمون سنجش اثرات متقابل عوامل نشان داد، که سه عامل فرهنگ سرمایهگذاری، ایجاد زیرساختها و بازارسازی تولیدات در توسعه اکوسیستم کارافرینانه دانشگاهی نقش موثری ایفا کردهاند. | ||

The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the factors affecting the development of the academic entrepreneurship ecosystem. The identification of entrepreneurial components and the configuration of factors affecting the development of the academic entrepreneurial ecosystem are among the goals. The research has been done with a quantitative and qualitative approach. In the qualitative part, with a saturated sample of factors, experts from industrial and service businesses have been used. In addition, 52 environmental and entrepreneurial experts were used with nine factors. Statistical Society; They are academic members of public and free universities in Tehran and business owners. The findings showed that the factor of ecosystem investment and financing culture (0.42), entrepreneurial policy culture (0.12), infrastructure development culture (0.16), research and development culture (0.19), ecosystem institutionalization culture (0.33) 0), ecosystem market development culture (0.14), business environment improvement culture (0.50), governance policy culture (0.15) have an active and effective role in determining the development of academic entrepreneurial ecosystem. The results showed that the creation of ecosystem development infrastructure and market development in the university entrepreneurship ecosystem effectively affect the improvement of the business environment. The development of research in the ecosystem leads to the improvement of the ecosystem environment and the involvement of governance factors in policy making and laws is reduced in it. In addition, the test to measure the mutual effects of the factors showed that the three factors of investment culture, creating infrastructure and marketing products have played an effective role in the development of the academic entrepreneurial ecosystem. | ||
