| موضوع مالکیت آب با عناوینی هم‌چون مباحات، مشترکات، قول به تفصیل با انفال یا دو قید اختصار و استدلال است و با مباحثی هم‌چون بهره‌وری از آب‌های سطحی و آب‌های باطنی و ملاک و میزان حریم و تفاوت آن و فقه آب و محیط زیست و لزوم حفظ آن از آلودگی ادامه یافته و حُسن ختام آن تکمله‌ای بر بهره‌وری معنوی از آب قرار گرفته است. آب جایگاه مهمی در نظام خلقت دارد؛ بنابراین پرداختن به رژیم حقوقی آن که برخاسته از تحلیل مبانی فقهی مربوط است، امری پسندیده و ضروری است. درعین‌حال از طریق تعادل میان بهداشت و اقتصاد و شبکة انتقال آب و نحوة بهره‌برداری، باید مباحث محیط زیستی مربوطه را از نظر علمی و عملی بسیار جدی تلقی کرد و در آخر از بهره‌وری معنوی از آن غفلت نورزید که مباحثی از این‌دست، فروتنانه در این نوشتار تحریر شده است. | ||

| This paper is humbly composed with the recommendation of the authorities of the National Conference of Water Rights, Opportunities and Solutions in limited time. It includes ownership of water under the titles such as rights or properties belonging to no particular person, the common, belief in isolation or in Anfal with two stipulations, brief and argument. There are also some subjects such as using surface water, criteria and extent of limitation and its difference, Islamic jurisprudence of water and environment and need for its protection against contamination. It ends with spiritual usage of water.
