| چکیده | ||
| مواردی چون وقوع پاندمی بیماری های مسری جهانی بر تمام ابعاد نظام بین الملل تأثیر گذار خواهد بود . با توجه به اینکه حقوق بین الملل تنظیم کننده روابط میان تابعان و اعضای جامعه بین المللی می باشد ، بنابراین با وقوع پاندمی و ایجاد وضعیت فوق العاده، لازم است برای پیش گیری از هرج و مرج و به مخاطره افتادن حقوق اولیه بشر و حقوق معاهدات و حفظ حاکمیت دولت ها ، تدابیری اندیشیده شود . در مقاله حاضر با توصیف مراحل پیش از بحران و هنگامه ابتلاء و پس از بحران ، به تحلیل ابعاد مختلف و قابل طرح پاندمی در حقوق بین الملل پرداخته شده و راهکارهایی برای تبدیل بحران به فرصتی در زمینه تحول و توسعه حقوق بین الملل ارایه گردیده است . | ||

| Pandemic influential axes on the international system from the perspective of international law Cases such as the global pandemic of infectious diseases will affect all aspects of the international system. Given that international law regulates relations between its subjects and members of the international community, therefore, with the occurrence of a pandemic and the creation of a state of emergency, it is necessary to prevent chaos and jeopardize basic human rights and the law of treaties and Measures should be considered to maintain the sovereignty of governments. In the present article, by describing the pre-crisis, post-crisis and post-crisis stages, various and pandemic dimensions of international law can be analyzed and solutions to turn the crisis into an opportunity for the evolution and development of international law have been presented. | ||
