چکیده | ||
هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی آموزش انطباقپذیری بر خودکارآمدی تصمیمگیری مسیر شغلی دانشجویان ترم آخر کارشناسی بود. این مطالعه بهلحاظ هدف کاربردی بود. روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون همراه با گروه کنترل و پیگیری دوماهه بود. جامعۀ آماری شامل کلیۀ دانشجویان ترم آخر کارشناسی دانشگاه اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400بود. به شیوۀ نمونهگیری دردسترس، 30 دانشجوی داوطلب (شامل 16 دختر و 14 پسر) از دانشکدههای ادبیات، روانشناسی، مدیریت، زبانهای خارجی و تربیتبدنی انتخاب شدند و بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفرۀ آزمایش (هفت دختر و هشت پسر) و کنترل (نه دختر و شش پسر) قرار گرفتند. آزمودنیهای گروه آزمایش نه جلسۀ 90 دقیقهای مداخلۀ انطباقپذیری مسیر شغلی را دریافت کردند. گردآوری دادهها با کمک مقیاس خودکارآمدی تصمیمگیری مسیر شغلی (CDSE-SF) انجام گرفت. دادهها به روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر و با نرمافزار SPSS-25 تحلیل شد. یافتهها نشان داد مداخلۀ آموزش انطباقپذیری بر خودکارآمدی تصمیمگیری مسیر شغلی و ابعاد آن شامل خودارزیابی، اطلاعات شغلی، برنامهریزی، انتخاب هدف و حل مسئله تأثیر مثبت معناداری داشت. براساس نتایج میتوان گفت مداخلۀ آموزشی مبتنی بر انطباقپذیری میتواند پروتکلی مناسب برای مشاوران مراکز مشاورۀ دانشجویی باشد که با تعداد زیادی دانشجوی دارای مشکلات تصمیمگیری مواجه هستند. | ||

The objective of the present study was to examine the impact of an intervention that was based on career adaptability on the self-efficacy of undergraduate students in making career decisions. In terms of its objective, this investigation was a practical investigation. It was a quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest design, and a control group and with the two-month follow-up. The statistical population included all undergraduate students who completed their final semester at Isfahan University during the academic year 2022-2023. From the faculties of Psychology, Literature, Management, Foreign Language, and Physical Education, 30 students were chosen, including 16 females and 14 boys. Then they were randomly assigned to two groups of 15 individuals: the experimental group (consisting of seven girls and eight boys) and the control group (consisting of nine girls and six boys). The intervention was administered to the experimental group for nine 90-minute sessions, as opposed to the control group. Ultimately, the data were analyzed using SPSS-25 software and ANOVA with repeated measures. The results suggested that the educational intervention centered on career adaptability has a positive and significant impact on career decision self-efficacy and its dimensions, including self-evaluation, occupational information, planning, goal selection, and problem-solving. This intervention can be employed by university counseling center counselors who are responsible for assisting numerous students who encounter challenges with decision-making. | ||
