| چکیده | ||
| هدف: پرداختن به مسائل محلی و منطقه‌ای و انجام تحقیقات متناسب با این مسائل از مهمترین اصول برای پیشرفت و توسعه در یک کشور محسوب می‌شود. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل مسائل و چالش‌های محلی و منطقه‌ای در بروندادهای پژوهشی نهاد علم در ایران است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر پژوهشی کاربردی با رویکرد کمی – کیفی است که با استفاده از تکنیک‌های علم‌سنجی و تحلیل مضمون انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهش شامل رساله‌های دکتری و طرح‌های پژوهشی دانشگاه‌های شیراز، یزد و ایلام است. داده‌ها از طریق مرور رساله‌های دکتری و طرح‌های پژوهشی سه دانشگاه مذکور در بازه سال‌های 1390-1400 و گردآوری اطلاعات مرتبط در نرم‌افزار اکسل و روارماتریس و تجزیه و تحلیل آنها با کمک آمار توصیفی انجام شد. همچنین جهت ترسیم نقشه‌های علمی از نرم‌افزار یو.سی.آی.نت، پاژک و وی.اُ.اس ویور استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: از نظر نگارش پایان‌نامه دانشگاه شیراز با 38، دانشگاه یزد با 28 و دانشگاه ایلام با 6 پایان‌نامه در زمینه مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی فعالیت داشتند. اما از نظر انجام طرح تحقیقاتی دانشگاه ایلام در جایگاه بالاتری بود. گره خشکسالی در نقشه موضوعی سه استان بیشترین فراوانی را داشت. تحلیل خوشه‌های موضوعی نیز نشان داد ساختار فکری دانش در زمینه مورد بررسی در دانشگاه شیراز در چهار خوشه، دانشگاه یزد 6 خوشه و دانشگاه ایلام به دلیل تعداد کم رساله واژه‌های تشکیل‌دهنده بازتاب اصلی از هم‌رخدادی واژگان حوزه مورد پژوهش نیست. نتیجه‌گیری میزان طرح‌های تحقیقاتی و رساله‌های دکتری اجرا شده در مورد مسائل محلی و منطقه‌ای در سه دانشگاه مورد مطالعه کم است؛ اما روند رو به رشدی را در طی سال‌های بررسی نشان می‌دهد. اما براساس چالش‌های ذکر شده در اسناد بالادستی مشخص شد که دانشگاه‌ها به دلایل مختلف در پژوهش‌های خود به مسائل محلی و منطقه‌ای توجه کمتری داشته‌اند. بی‌شک توسعه کشور در ابعاد مختلف در گرو توجه به رفع مسائل و چالش‌های محلی و منطقه‌ای است. در واقع توجه به مسائل محلی و منطقه‌ای یکی از عوامل پویایی اقتصادی، دستیابی به توسعه درون‌زا و از عوامل شتاب‌دهنده پیشرفت کشور است، که نیازمند برنامه‌ریزی صحیح و توجه بیش از پیش در اسناد بالادستی و سیاستگذاری‌های حوزه آموزش عالی است. | ||

| Objective: Paying attention to local and regional issues and conducting research in alignment with these challenges is one of the most important principles for progress and development in a country. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to analyze the local and regional issues and challenges in the research outputs and doctoral dissertations of scientific institutions in Iran. Method: The current research is an applied study with a quantitative-qualitative approach, conducted using scientometric techniques and thematic analysis. The research community includes doctoral theses and research projects from Shiraz, Yazd, and Ilam universities. The data collection method involved sending requests to the respective universities in these three public universities and compiling information related to research projects and doctoral dissertations. Data was gathered by reviewing the doctoral dissertations and research projects of the mentioned universities, and relevant information was organized using Excel and RavaRmatrix software. Descriptive statistics were employed for data analysis. Additionally, UciNet, Pajak, and VOSviewer software were used to create scientific maps. Results: The number of research projects and doctoral dissertations addressing local and regional issues in the three studied universities is very low. However, based on the challenges mentioned in the documents above, it was found that the universities paid insufficient attention to local and regional issues in their research for various reasons. Undoubtedly, the country’s development relies on solving local and regional challenges. Conclusions: Emphasizing local and regional issues is a key factor for economic dynamism, maintaining ideals, achieving endogenous development, and contributing to the country’s prosperity. This necessitates proper planning and increased attention in upstream documents. | ||
