| Objective Given the dependencies of key economic sectors, the global steel demand is expected to increase. Therefore, pursuing multiple strategies and aligning with global market developments is essential to enhance and achieve competitiveness in this industry. One of the development approaches in the steel industry, like other technology-based industries adapting to advancements in new technologies, is using a technology transfer approach. This industry is one of the largest and most important industries in the world and plays a very important role in many economic sectors. It can be significantly recognized in global markets as one of the main and powerful players by improving its competitiveness. The main objective of this research is to evaluate the competitiveness model in the steel industry with a technology transfer approach. Methods This research is applied considering its objective and follows a descriptive survey methodology for data collection. The statistical population of this research includes managers and employees of companies active in the country's steel industry. The data collection tool in this research was a questionnaire distributed randomly among the population. Ultimately, 384 questionnaires suitable for data analysis were collected. The gathered data were analyzed through the structural equation approach and with the help of Smart-PLS software. The model validation in this research was formed comprehensively with an interpretive-structural modeling approach. Results The results showed that among the influencing factors, internal factors have the highest impact on competitiveness, while among the contextual factors, political and legal factors have the most significant effect. Additionally, the strategy of investment and cooperation was identified as the most effective for improving competitiveness, potentially yielding important economic, social, and organizational benefits for companies in the steel sector. Consequently, it is suggested that these companies enhance the selection and purchasing power of domestic and foreign customers by diversifying their product offerings, including related and complementary products, to cater to a wide range of needs within the industry. Conclusion The petrochemical industry is not in a favorable condition in this regard, and the volume and lines of products and derivatives in the industry are limited despite the available potential. Support from official, governmental, and legislative institutions for stakeholders and investors in the steel sector is crucial. By providing appropriate facilities and subsidies, these institutions can encourage and motivate active and potential investors to expand their production activities. Additionally, it is essential to reduce cumbersome and discouraging laws related to investment and exports. One of the most important drivers for increasing competitiveness among companies in the steel industry is the presence of a supportive atmosphere and attitude from senior company managers. The industry needs to step towards attracting, transferring, and developing existing technologies. Therefore, the presence of expert and capable managers with an entrepreneurial orientation in new technologies can be a crucial factor in developing the steel industry. | ||

| هدف: با توجه به وابستگی‌های بخش‌های مهم اقتصادی، تقاضای جهانی فولاد، هر روز رو به افزایش می‌گذارد؛ از این رو لازم است که به‌روش‌های مختلف و مطابق با توسعه در سطح بازارهای جهانی، در جهت توسعه و رقابتی‌شدن این صنعت بیشتر تلاش شود. یکی از رویکردهای توسعه صنعت فولاد، به‌مانند سایر صنایع که امروزه همگی مبتنی بر فناوری هستند و تحت بستر تغییرات ایجادشده در فناوری‌های جدید قرار دارند، استفاده از رویکرد انتقال فناوری است. این صنعت یکی از صنایع بسیار بزرگ و مهم جهان است و در بسیاری از بخش‌های اقتصادی نقش بسیار مهمی ایفا می‌کند و می‌تواند با بهبود رقابت‌پذیری، خود را به‌شکل چشمگیری در بازارهای جهانی، به‌عنوان یکی از بازیگران اصلی و قدرتمند معرفی کند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، ارزیابی الگوی رقابت‌پذیری در صنعت فولاد با رویکرد انتقال فناوری است. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی است. در این پژوهش، بر اساس شیوۀ گردآوری داده‌ها، از روش تکمیل پرسش‌نامه و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری، از نوع تحلیل ماتریس واریانس ـ کوواریانس استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش مدیران و کارکنان شرکت‌های فعال در صنعت فولاد کشور انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش، مصاحبه و پرسش‌نامه‌ای بود که به‌صورت تصادفی ساده، بین اعضای جامعه آماری مدیران و کارکنان شرکت‌ها توزیع شد و در نهایت ۳۸۴ پرسش‌نامه مناسب برای تحلیل داده‌ها گردآوری شد. داده‌ها از طریق رویکرد معادلات ساختاری و به‌کمک نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی‌ال‌اس تحلیل شدند. اعتباریابی مدل پژوهش با رویکرد مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که در بین عوامل اثرگذار، عوامل داخلی روی رقابت‌پذیری بیشترین میزان اثرگذاری را دارد. در بین عوامل زمینه‌ای نیز عوامل سیاسی و قانونی، بیشترین تأثیر را می‌گذارند. همچنین راهبرد سرمایه‌گذاری و همکاری مشترک، اثرگذارترین راهبرد برای بهبود رقابت‌پذیری شناخته شد که می‌تواند پیامدهایی مهم از بُعد اقتصادی، اجتماعی و سازمانی را برای شرکت‌های فعال در حوزه فولاد به همراه داشته باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، پیشنهاد می‌شود که این شرکت‌ها با تنوع در ارائه فراورده‌ها و محصولات هم‌خانواده و ارائۀ محصولات مکملی که قابلیت استفادۀ جایگزین دارند با تولید گسترده محصولات در این صنعت، حوزه انتخاب و قدرت خرید مشتری داخلی و خارجی را افزایش دهند. این در حالی است که صنعت پتروشیمی، از این لحاظ در شرایط مناسبی قرار ندارد و حجم و خطوط محصولات و فراورده‌ها در این صنعت با وجود پتانسیل زیاد، محدود است. حمایت نهادهای رسمی، دولتی و قانون‌گذار از فعالان و سرمایه‌گذاران حوزۀ فولاد، از طریق ارائه تسهیلات و یارانه‌های مناسب به سرمایه‌گذاران فعال و بالقوه در این صنعت، می‌تواند توسعه فعالیت‌های تولیدی در این حوزه را تشویق و ترغیب کند. همچنین می‌بایست قوانین دست‌وپا گیر و دلسردکننده در حوزه سرمایه‌گذاری و صادرات کاهش یابد. از طرفی، یکی از محرک‌های مهم برای بهبود رقابت‌پذیری شرکت‌های فعال در صنعت فولاد، وجود جو و نگرش حمایتی مدیران ارشد شرکت‌ها و صنعت به جذب، انتقال و توسعه فناوری‌های موجود در صنعت فولاد است؛ از این رو داشتن مدیران متخصص و توانمندی که به کارآفرینی در حوزه فناوری‌های جدید گرایش دارند، عامل مهمی برای توسعۀ صنعت فولاد کشور به‌شمار می‌رود. | ||
