| در سالیان اخیر گرمایش جهانی سایه سنگین خود را بر کره‌ی زمین گسترده و پیامدهای آن در قالب پدیده‌های متعددی مانند تغییرات اقلیمی، افزایش دما، کاهش بارش‌های جوی و در نتیجه خشکسالی‌های گسترده و مداوم، نمود پیدا کرده است. در چنین شرایطی، توجه به منابع آبی و حفظ این گنجینه حیاتی، بیش از هر زمان دیگری ضرورت می‌یابد و اهمیت آن دوچندان می‌شود. آب‌های سطحی، رودخانه‌ها، دریاچه‌ها و تالاب‌ها به‌عنوان شریان‌های حیاتی، نقشی انکارناپذیر و بی‌بدیل در حفظ تعادل اکوسیستم‌ها، تأمین آب آشامیدنی شهرها و روستاها، آبیاری مزارع کشاورزی و تأمین آب موردنیاز صنایع ایفا می‌کنند. اما متأسفانه در حال حاضر، حفاظت از این منابع ارزشمند و حیاتی بسیار چالش‌برانگیز شده است. کاهش شدید بارش‌های جوی، خشکسالی‌های پی‌درپی و افزایش تبخیر آب در اثر گرمایش بیش از حد کره‌ی زمین، حیات رودخانه‌ها، دریاچه‌ها و تالاب‌های کشور را به‌شدت به خطر انداخته است. پدیده بیابان‌زایی، یکی دیگر از پیامدهای ویرانگر گرمایش جهانی و تغییرات اقلیمی، ریشه در تخریب خاک‌ها، چرای بی‌رویه دام‌ها و بهره‌برداری بی‌ملاحظه و نادرست از منابع‌طبیعی دارد. این پدیده نه‌تنها زیبایی‌های طبیعی و تنوع زیستی سرزمینمان را به مخاطره می‌اندازد، بلکه معیشت جوامع محلی و امنیت غذایی کشور را نیز تحت‌الشعاع قرار می‌دهد. خشک‌شدن تدریجی دریاچه‌ها و افزایش گردوغبار ناشی از آن، یکی از چالش‌های جدی پیش روی کشور است که باید با برنامه‌ریزی درست و اقدامات مؤثر با آن مقابله کرد. مسئولیت خطیر حفظ منابع آبی و جلوگیری از گسترش بیشتر بیابان‌ها و مقابله با بیابان‌زایی، بر دوش تک‌تک افراد جامعه است. آن‌ها به‌عنوان متولیان واقعی حفظ محیط‌زیست و منابع‌طبیعی، وظیفه دارند با آگاهی‌رسانی به جامعه، ترویج فرهنگ صرفه‌جویی و مصرف بهینه آب، حمایت از طرح‌های بیابان‌زدایی و توسعه کشاورزی پایدار، در مسیر احیای این گنجینه‌های ارزشمند گام بردارند. باید به‌خاطر داشته باشیم که آینده آب، آینده حیات است. حفظ این ثروت ملی، وظیفه‌ای همگانی است که باید با جدیت، تعهد و پایداری انجام شود. با هم برای نجات حیات، برای حفظ منابع آبی و برای آیندگان تلاش کنیم. با اتحاد، همدلی و تلاش مستمر می‌توانیم مانع از تشدید بحران آب و گسترش بیابان‌ها در سرزمینمان شویم و آینده‌ای سرسبز و پربار را برای نسل‌های آینده رقم بزنیم. | ||

| In recent years, global warming has cast its heavy shadow on the wide earth and its consequences in the form of numerous phenomena such as climate change, temperature increase, decrease in atmospheric precipitation, and as a result, extensive and continuous droughts. In such a situation, paying attention to water resources and preserving this vital treasure becomes necessary more than ever and its importance doubles. Surface waters, rivers, lakes and wetlands as vital arteries play an undeniable and irreplaceable role in maintaining the balance of ecosystems, supplying drinking water to cities and villages, irrigating agricultural fields and supplying water needed by industries. But unfortunately, at present, protecting these valuable and vital resources has become very challenging. The sharp decrease in atmospheric precipitation, consecutive droughts and increased water evaporation due to excessive global warming have severely endangered the life of the country's rivers, lakes and wetlands. The phenomenon of desertification, another devastating consequence of global warming and climate change, is rooted in the destruction of soils, excessive livestock grazing, and reckless and incorrect exploitation of natural resources. This phenomenon not only endangers the natural beauty and biodiversity of our land, but also overshadows the livelihood of local communities and the country's food security. The gradual drying up of lakes and the resulting increase in dust is one of the serious challenges facing the country, which must be dealt with by proper planning and effective measures. The serious responsibility of preserving water resources and preventing the further expansion of deserts and combating desertification is on the shoulders of every member of the society. As the real custodians of preserving the environment and natural resources, they have the duty to take steps towards the revival of these valuable treasures by informing the society, promoting the culture of saving and optimal water consumption, supporting desertification projects and developing sustainable agriculture. We must remember that the future of water is the future of life. Preservation of this national wealth is everyone's duty that must be done with seriousness, commitment and stability. Let's work together to save lives, to preserve water resources and for future generations. With unity, empathy and continuous efforts, we can prevent the aggravation of the water crisis and the expansion of deserts in our land and create a green and fruitful future for future generations. | ||
