چکیده | ||
تحقیقات متعدد حاکی از آن است که محیط فیزیکی دانشگاهها، از جنبههای مختلف، تأثیر چشمگیری بر کیفیت مدیریت و همچنین افزایش خلاقیت دانشجویان دارد. نتایج بهدستآمده از این تحقیق توانایی آن را دارد که طراحیهای نوین و مدیریت بهتر فضاهای آموزشی را الهام بخشد. این امر، علاوه بر ارائة راهکارهای مفید برای ارتقای سطح خلاقیت، میتواند به افزایش ظرفیت در رشد استعدادهای دانشجویان کمک کند. ازاینرو این سؤال مطرح میشود که آیا فضای فیزیکی معماری تأثیر قابل توجهی بر بهبود کیفیت مدیریت و افزایش خلاقیت دانشجویان در محیطهای دانشگاهی دارد؟ همچنین چه نوع ارتباطی بین فضای فیزیکی، کیفیت مدیریت، و خلاقیت دانشجویان برقرار است؟ برای پاسخگویی به این سؤالات با تشکیل جامعة آماری، از متخصصان رشتههای معماری، با حجم نمونة 110، درصدد پاسخگویی به این سؤالات هستیم. روش تحقیق به صورت ترکیبی از نوع توصیفیـ تحلیلی و پیمایشی است و از ابزار پرسشنامه و نرمافزارهایی مانند SPSS و Amos برای اجرای آزمون رگرسیون و برازش مدل تحقیق استفاده شده است. نتایج کلی نشان میدهد تأثیر معناداری میان فضای فیزیکی معماری با کیفیت مدیریت و خلاقیت دانشجویان در محیطهای دانشگاهی وجود دارد. | ||

Various research indicates that the physical environment of universities has a significant impact on the quality of management and the enhancement of students' creativity from different perspectives. The findings of this research have the potential to inspire innovative designs and better management of educational spaces. In addition to providing useful solutions to enhance creativity, it can aid in increasing the capacity for the growth of students' talents. Therefore, the question arises: does the physical architecture space have a significant impact on improving the quality of management and enhancing students' creativity in university environments? Furthermore, what kind of relationship exists between physical space, management quality, and students' creativity? To address these questions, we are forming a statistical community of experts from architectural fields with a sample size of 110 to answer these inquiries. The research method combines descriptive-analytical and survey approaches using questionnaire tools and employing software such as SPSS and Amos for regression analysis and research model fitting. The overall results indicate significant relationships between quality architectural spaces, management, and student creativity in university environments. | ||
