| چکیده | ||
| پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی شایستگی‌های شناختی مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهر زنجان صورت گرفته‌است. بدین منظور، از رویکرد کمی و روش تحلیل مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده‌است. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران و معاونین آموزشی آموزش و پرورش ناحیه 1 و 2 زنجان بود که تعداد 331 نفر با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات کمی از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته در 13 مقوله و 63 مفهوم استفاده شد که روایی آن توسط 3 نفر از متخصصین و نتایج تحلیل عاملی مرتبه اول تایید و پایایی آن توسط آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های کولموگروف-اسمیرنوف، تی تک نمونه‌ای و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل گردیده‌اند. برازش مدل نیز نشان داد که تمامی ملاک‌های (مقیاس‌های) 13گانه از اعتبار بسیار بالایی برخوردار بودند. براساس یافته‌ها، مقوله‌‌های کنش‌شناختی، خودآگاهی، سرمایه روان‌شناختی، توانمندی‌های زبانی و زبان‌شناختی، عصب‌شناختی احساسات، شناخت اجتماعی، نگرش جامع و سیستمی، رهبری عصب‌محور، هوش‌های چندگانه، توانایی ادراکی و ذهنی و آمادگی شناختی-سازمانی بالاتر از حد متوسط بوده‌اند ولی مولفه‌های بازنمایی‌ذهنی و آگاهی از علوم و اصول عصب‌شناختی بالاتر از حد متوسط یا میانگین نظری جامعه نیست. این امر نشان از وضعیت مطلوب در 11 مقوله کنش‌شناختی، خودآگاهی، سرمایه روان‌شناختی، توانمندی‌های زبانی و زبان‌شناختی، عصب‌شناختی احساسات، شناخت اجتماعی، نگرش جامع و سیستمی، رهبری عصب‌محور، هوش‌های چندگانه، توانایی ادراکی و ذهنی و آمادگی شناختی-سازمانی است. | ||

| The present research was conducted to evaluate the cognitive competencies of elementary school managers in Zanjan city. For this purpose, Quantitative approach and structural equation modeling analysis method have been used. The statistical population included managers and educational deputies of education region 1 and 2 of Zanjan, totaling 331 individuals who were selected using the stratified random sampling method with the Krejcie and Morgan table. A researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 13 category and 63 concepts was used to collect quantitative data, the validity of which was confirmed by three specialists, and the results of the first-order factor analysis and its reliability were confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. The data were analyzed using Kolmogorov-Smirnov, one-sample t-test, and structural equation modeling. The model fitting also showed that all 13 criteria had very high validity. According to the findings, the cognitive-action, self-awareness, psycho-cognitive capital, linguistic and language capabilities, emotional neurocognition, social cognition, comprehensive and systemic attitude, neuro-centric leadership, multiple intelligences, perceptual and mental abilities, and cognitive-organizational readiness were higher than average. However, the components of mental representation and awareness of neurocognitive sciences were higher than the average theoretical opinion of society. This indicates a favorable situation in 11 cognitive-action, self-awareness, psycho-cognitive capital, linguistic and language capabilities, emotional neurocognition, social cognition, comprehensive and systemic attitude, neuro-centric leadership, multiple intelligences, perceptual and mental abilities, and cognitive-organizational readiness topics. | ||
