| پسته وحشی به لحاظ استفاده در تولید صمغ، مواد دارویی و بهداشتی، تغذیه انسان و دام، جلوگیری از فرسایش خاک و ایجاد زیستگاه حیات‌وحش با اهمیت است، همزیستی گونه‌های شاخص جانوری نظیر قوچ‌و‌میش با این گونه گیاهی نه تنها پناهگاه ارزشمند برای حیات‌وحش محسوب می‌شود بلکه سبب زیبایی آن نیز شده است. شناسایی عوامل آسیب‌رسان این گونه و برنامه‌ریزی در راستای پیشگیری و کنترل خسارات وارده توسط این عوامل در حفاظت و مدیریت موثر این گونه ارزشمند بسیار حائز اهمیت است. در مطالعه مروری حاضر، با بررسی مقالات و منابع کتابخانه‌ای، گزارش‌های ادارات مربوطه در برخی از رویشگاه‌های جوامع بنه نظیر پارک ملی خجیر، نواحی جنگلی استان‌های کرمان و خراسان جنوبی و بازدیدهای میدانی به معرفی ویژگی‌های بنه، اهمیت و نقش بنه در راستای تبیین ضرورت حفاظت از این گونه و مروری بر برخی مهم‌ترین تهدیدات آن همراه با راهکارهای قابل استفاده جهت کنترل و جلوگیری از خسارت به درختان بنه پرداخته شده است. | ||

| The wild pistachio (Pistacia atlantica) holds significant ecological and economic importance due to its uses in the production of gum, medicinal and hygienic products, human and livestock nutrition, soil erosion prevention, and as a wildlife habitat. Its association with key animal species, such as the urial (wild sheep), not only provides a valuable refuge for wildlife but also enhances the aesthetic value of its habitats. Identifying the factors that threaten this species and devising strategies for preventing and controlling the damage caused by these factors are crucial for the effective conservation and management of this valuable species. This review study examines the characteristics and ecological role of Pistacia atlantica, its significance, and the necessity for its protection. It is based on a comprehensive analysis of scholarly articles, library resources, official reports from related agencies in habitats such as Khojir National Park and forested areas in Kerman and South Khorasan provinces, as well as field visits. Additionally, it highlights some of the major threats facing this species and offers practical solutions to mitigate damage to wild pistachio trees. | ||
