| مقدمه: به نظر می‌رسد دو زبانگی رفتار استفاده کنندگان دو زبانه را از محیط‌های اطلاعاتی تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش موانع زبان‌شناختی در رفتار اطلاعاتی دانشجویان دو زبانۀ ترکمن - فارس است. روش: در این تحقیق کیفی، داده‌ها با استفاده از مشاهده و مصاحبه با حدود 50 نفر از دانشجویان ترکمن گردآوری شد. داده‌ها کدگذاری و موضوع‌های اصلی حاصل از ثبت مصاحبه‌ها و مشاهده‌ها استخراج شد. یافته‌ها: بیشتر مشارکت‌کنندگان نوشتن و خواندن به زبان فارسی را بهتر انجام می‌دادند تا صحبت کردن به این زبان را. علت آن است که زبان‌آموزی این افراد رسمی بوده و در این شیوه، رسانۀ غالب، رسانۀ مکتوب است نه شفاهی. این ضعف سبب می‌شود که آنان در بیان شفاهی نیاز اطلاعاتی خود و مراحل اولیة جست‌وجوی اطلاعات، با مشکل مواجه شوند و نتوانند با کمک متخصصان و افراد مطلع تک‌زبانه راهبردهای درست جست‌وجوی اطلاعات مورد نیازشان را تعیین کند. | ||

| Objective: It appears that bilingualism affects bilingual users’ information behavior in information environments. The study aims to investigate the role of linguistic obstacles to Turkmen-Persian bilinguals’ information behavior. Method: In this qualitative research, data was gathered by observing and interviewing about 50 Turkmen students. Data was codified and the main themes of extracted data were recorded. Findings: The majority of participants were better at writing and reading than speaking in Persian. The reason is that their language learning had been formal in which the dominant medium is written one, not oral one. This obstacle cause them to have problems in stating their information needs and searching for information at initial phases and not to be able to determine the proper information search strategies with the help of monolingual informed people and specialists. Originality/value: In addition to explaining lingual obstacles to information behavior, this exploratory study set forth conducting similar studies in other bilingual and multilingual speakers. | ||
