چکیده | ||
مدیریت دانش رشتهای کاربردی است که به استقرار فرایندهای شناسایی، انتخاب، سازماندهی، تلخیص و دستهبندی اطلاعات ضروری برای کسب وکار میپردازد؛ بهگونهای که عملکرد کارکنان و مزیت رقابتی شرکت را بهبود میبخشد. این مقاله بهدنبال شناسایی مدل مناسبی برای بهکارگیری مدیریت دانش در یکی از سازمانهای تحقیقات نظامی با استفاده از مطالعات و اخذ نظر خبرگان و متخصصان است تا بتواند مبتنی بر آن، ضمن پیادهسازی سیستم مدیریت دانش در این سازمان، بهمنظور تولید دانش فنی و انتقال فناوری و محصول نهایی از آن بهرهمند شود. این پژوهش کاربردی به روش توصیفی ـ پیمایشی انجام گرفته است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد از میان یازده مؤلفۀ فرایند مدیریت دانش، هفت مؤلفۀ کسب دانش، شناسایی دانش، ذخیرۀ دانش، تبدیل دانش، تسهیم دانش، کاربرد دانش و خلق دانش، برای مدل در نظر گرفته شدند. همچنین از میان پنج مؤلفۀ توانمندسازهای مدیریت دانش، سه مؤلفۀ رهبری، فناوری و فرهنگ سازمانی، مؤلفههای منتخب برای مدل بودهاند. | ||

Knowledge management is an applied course dealing with identification, selection, organizing, summarization, and classification of knowledge necessary for business, so that the organization competition advantage and its employees' performance can improve. Due to its importance, it seems quite necessary for a military research organization to acquire recent knowledge and technology. Referring to the experts, and based on the results of the studying the literature, this research is intended to design a knowledge management model for a military research organization, according to which knowledge can be systematically managed. The model can be applied to the production of technological knowledge and its transmission relating ultimate research production. This research is conducted through an applied descriptive-survey method. The results indicated that seven components of knowledge management, from among its eleven components, including knowledge acquirement, knowledge identification, knowledge storing, knowledge alteration, knowledge sharing, knowledge application, knowledge creation, and make up the categories of the model. Leadership, technology and organizational culture are selected among five components of empowering. | ||
