| چکیده | ||
| The importance of Methodology Researches in the field of e-commerce is related to the science generation practices and to understand the logic of problem solving in this area. In every scientific discipline, this type of research is critical for the scientific community.The aim of this paper was to review articles that have been published in three Journals of Electronic Commerce from 2009 to 2013 using systematic mapping study. As a result of this study, 337 articles were extracted from a total of 422 articles to investigate different dimensions such as type, goal, scope and method of researches along with philosophical paradigm and unit of analysis, in qualitative and quantitative manner. The results showed that quantitative researches based on positivism paradigm with practical purposes on issues dealing with the development of new products and services and survey research methods in the society unit of analysis had the highest frequency. Finally, we also analyzed the relations between some results, using the Clementine software. | ||

| اهمیت تحقیقات روش‌شناسی در حوزۀ تجارت الکترونیک، به اهمیت روش تولید علم و درک منطق حل مسائل قلمرو تجارت الکترونیک برمیگردد. در هر رشتۀ علمی این نوع تحقیقات برای جامعۀ علمی آن رشته اهمیت دارد. هدف مقالۀ حاضر بررسی روش‌شناسی تحقیقات در حوزۀ تجارت الکترونیک از طریق بررسی سه مجلۀ معتبر تجارت الکترونیک از سال 2009 تا سال 2013 با استفاده از روش مطالعۀ نگاشت سیستماتیک است. در نتیجۀ انجام این تحقیق، از مجموع 422 مقاله، 337 مقاله استخراج شد. این مطالعه تلاش شده است نوع تحقیق، هدف تحقیق، پارادایم فلسفی، دامنۀ تحقیق، روش تحقیق و واحد تحلیل مقالات، به روش کمّی و کیفی تحلیل شود. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان میدهد تحقیقات کمّی مبتنی بر پارادایم اثبات‌گرایی با اهداف کاربردی در موضوعات مربوط به توسعۀ محصولات و خدمات جدید و روش تحقیق پیمایشی در سطح تحلیل جامعه، بیشترین فراوانی را داشته است. در نهایت، با استفاده از نرم‌افزار کلمنتاین روابط بین برخی نتایج نیز تحلیل شده است. | ||
