چکیده | ||
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر فرهنگ سازمانی بر تعهد سازمانی با نقش میانجی گرایش کارآفرینانه در ادارات تابعة مدیریت تدارکات و امور کالا در شرکت ملی مناطق نفتخیز جنوب است. جامعة آماری تحقیق شامل 470 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسانِ 23 اداراة تابعه در مدیریت تدارکات و امور کالا بود که با روش نمونهگیری طبقهای تصادفی و براساس فرمول کوکران، 211 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها پرسشنامه بود که روایی آن توسط اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه و پایایی آن با روش پایایی ترکیبی و آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. تجزیهوتحلیل اطلاعات با روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرمافزار Smart PLS انجام گرفت. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از تأثیر مثبت و معنادار فرهنگ سازمانی بر تعهد سازمانی ( با ضریب 50/0)، فرهنگ سازمانی بر گرایش کارآفرینانه (با ضریب 90/0) و گرایش کارآفرینانه بر تعهد سازمانی (با ضریب 46/0) است. در نهایت، گرایش کارآفرینانه به عنوان میانجی در تأثیر فرهنگ سازمانی بر تعهد سازمانی با ضریب 42/0 تأثیرگذار است. | ||

The present study evaluates effects of organizational culture on organizational commitment with emphasis on the role of mediator entrepreneurial orientation departments within the material procurement management at national Iranian south oil company. Statistic population included of 470 experts and managers, 23 departments within the material procurement management that using stratified random sampling and Cochran formula, 211 were select as the sample size. Data was gather by questionnaire that validity of faculty members and reliability using a composite reliability and Cronbach's alpha confirmed. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach and Smart PLS software conducted. The results indicate a positive and significant impact of organizational culture on organizational commitment (0.50), organizational culture on entrepreneurial orientation (0.90) and entrepreneurial orientation on organizational commitment (0.46), and entrepreneurial orientation as a mediator in the effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment intensity (0.414) influence. | ||
