چکیده | ||
تأثیر مهم دولت همراه بر آیندۀ کسبوکارها و جوامع در مطالعات متعددی به اثبات رسیده است. هدف تحقیق حاضر، ارائۀ مدلی برای نیازها و ملزومات کاربری دولت همراه بر اساس مرور ادبیات تحقیق و اعتبارسنجی مدل پیشنهادی است. یافتهها حاکی از آن است که تراکنشهای کارا و اثربخش شامل زمان، امنیت و حریم خصوصی، قابلیت اعتماد و هزینه مهمترین و ضروریترین بُعد برای دستیابی به خدمات موفق دولت همراه است. بهدنبال آن کیفیت خدمات شامل ضمانت و تضمین، مسئولیتپذیری و قابلیت اطمینان؛ ارتباط متقابل دولت و شهروندان شامل صحت محتوا و شفافسازی در تراکنشهای مالی، قابلیت تعاملپذیری در سطوح مختلف و شهروندمداری؛ ارزش درکشده شامل سودمندی درکشدۀ خدمات و سهولت درکشدۀ استفاده از خدمات و در نهایت عاملیت (کارکردگرایی) شامل قابلیت دسترسی، خودکارآمدی و واسط کاربری از نیازهای کاربران دولت همراه در ایران بهشمار میروند. | ||

Abstract: The profound effect of Mgovernment on the future of businesses and communities has been proven in numerous studies. The aim of the present study is provide a model for user requirements and validate the proposed model is based on a literature review of research. The findings suggest that effective and efficient transactions including time, security, privacy, reliability and cost of the most important and necessary to achieve the government's successful mobile services. Followed by quality of service, including warranty or guarantee, accountability and reliability; interaction between government and citizens, including content, accuracy and transparency in financial transactions, interoperability of different levels, and citizen perceived value including perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of services; and finally agency (functionalism) including accessibility, efficacy, and user interface of mobile app are mobile government user’s requirements in Iran. | ||
