چکیده | ||
سیاست و اداره دو جزء اصلی هر نظام سیاسی هستند. سیاستزدگی اداره امور عمومی پدیدهای است که ناشی از افزایش دخالت سیاست در امور اداره است که منجر به تغییر اهداف بخش دولتی میشود. در پژوهش حاضر مقصود گسترش دامنه نگاه به پدیده سیاست زدگی از نگاه شهروندان بهعنوان مهمترین بازار هدف دولت است. بدین منظور با استفاده از روش پژوهش ترکیبی در مرحله نخست با انجام مصاحبههای کیفی و تکنیک کدگذاری و مقولهبندی، ابعاد، مؤلفهها و شاخصهای سیاست زدگی اداره امور عمومی از منظر شهروندان شناسایی شدند و در مرحله کمّی با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری روایی و پایایی آنها تأیید شده و مدل نهایی در قالب چهار بعد فرهنگ، مدیریت منابع انسانی، ساختار و قوانین و مقررات، 12 مؤلفه و 38 شاخص ارائه گردید. | ||

Politics and administration are the two important components of every political system. Politicization as the result of intervention of politics in administration leads to change in public sector's goals. In this research the purpose is the extension of look domain to politicization from citizens' perspective as the goal market of government. We used the mixed method to identify their ideas about politicization. In qualitative phase with using qualitative interviews and coding technique, politicization dimensions, components and final codes have been extracted. In next phase researchers calculated the validity and reliability of them and propose a model of dimensions of politicization include culture, human resource management, structure and rules. | ||
