| چکیده | ||
| The aim of the present study was to examine Core stability, Balance and FMS scores differences between Freestyle and Greco-Roman youth wrestlers.30 Freestyle wrestlers (age 17/60±1/00 years, height: 1/74±0/06, weight: 75/03±16/73 kg, BMI: 24/54±4/66 kg/m²) and 30 Greco-Roman wrestlers (age 17/73±1/17 years, height: 1/74±0/06, weight: 70/10±12/88 kg, BMI: 23/05±3/42 kg/m²) participated in this study. Core stability determined using a standard sit and reach test, Balance determined using YBT. The FMS developed by Cook was used to assess functional movement (3). Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestlers were analyzed by the Independent Sample t-Test. A value of (p ≤ 0.05) was considered to be statistically significant. Results: The Greco-Roman wrestlers had a significantly higher scores Core stability than Freestyle wrestlers. The Freestyle wrestlers had a significantly higher scores Balance than Greco-Roman wrestlers. No significant differences were found in the FMS scores between Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestlers (p > 0.05). Discussion: , the differences between Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestlers may be due to the wrestling style differences in training and to competition related demands. | ||

| هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه ثبات مرکزی، تعادل و نمرات FMS کشتیگیران آزاد و فرنگی رده سنی 20-16 سال استان گیلان میباشد. جامعه پژوهش حاضر کشتیگیران استان گیلان بودند که 30 کشتیگیر آزادکار (با میانگین سن: 00/1±60/17 سال، قد: 06/0±74/1 متر، وزن: 73/16±03/75 کیلوگرم و شاخص تودهبدنی: 66/4±54/24 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع) و 30 کشتیگیر فرنگیکار (با میانگین سن: 17/1±73/17 سال، قد: 06/0±74/1، وزن: 88/12±10/70 کیلوگرم و شاخص توده بدنی: 42/3±05/23 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع) در این تحقیق شرکت کردند. برای ارزیابی ثبات مرکزی از تست مگیل، ارزیابی تعادل پویا آزمون Y و ارزیابی حرکت عملکردی از آزمونهای FMS ارائه شده توسط کوک استفاده شد. ب یافته ها: یافتههای تحقیق در زمینه ثبات مرکزی نشان داد که فرنگیکاران به طور معنی داری در آزمونهای پل زدن به پهلوی راست (01/0=P) و آزمون سورنسن (01/0=P) بهتر از آزادکاران بودند اما تفاوت معنیداری در نمره کل آزمون ثبات مرکزی نشان داده نشد (05/0<P). در زمینه تعادل پویا نیز آزادکاران به طور معنیداری در جهتهای قدامی (008/0=P) و نمره کل آزمون تعادل پویا (03/0=P) بهتر از فرنگی کاران بودند، اما تفاوت معنیداری در جهتهای دیگر مشاهده نشد . همچین تفاوت معناداری در نمرات نهایی FMS بین دو گروه یافت نشد . | ||
