چکیده
سازمان غیردولتی بین‌المللی نهادی داوطلبانه، مستقل و غیرانتفاعی است که منافع عمومی را دنبال می‌کند. نقش‌آفرینی سازمان‌های غیردولتی که ذاتاً به‌دنبال تحقق خیر عمومی‌اند، امروزه در نظام‌های حقوقی مختلف شایان توجه بوده و این سازمان‌ها را در سطوح مختلف مشارکت، شناسایی کرده‌اند. در این میان، نقش سازمان‌های یادشده در دیوان اروپایی حقوق بشر بسیار حائز اهمیت می‌نماید. در این باره، براساس کنوانسیون اروپایی حقوق بشر و پروتکل‌های ضمیمة آن، به‌خصوص پروتکل شمارة 11 و براساس رویة قضایی شکل‌گرفته در دیوان اروپایی حقوق بشر که از جمله منابع اصلی این مطالعه است، مشارکت سازمان‌های غیردولتی در دعاوی این دیوان به سه شکل میسور دانسته شده است که عبارت‌اند از شاکی، نمایندة شاکی و یاردادگاه و از این حیث می‌توان از نقش‌آفرینی گستردة سازمان‌های غیردولتی بین‌المللی در این نظام قضایی سخن گفت. موضوع نوشتار پیش رو، بررسی چند و چون چنین مشارکتی است.
The Role of NGOs in the Proceedings of the European Court of Human Rights

چکیده [English]
An international non-governmental organization is a volunteered self-established non-profit organization which advocates public interests. The role of non-governmental organizations which inherently pursue public interests, are significant and have been recognized at different levels. Meanwhile, according to the European Convention of Human Rights and its protocols, especially Protocol No. 11, as well as the case law of the European Court of Human Rights, the possibility of non-governmental organizations’ participation in the Court’s proceedings has been accepted in three forms: plaintiff, plaintiff’s representative, and amicus curiae. AS such, international non-governmental organizations have an extensive role in the proceedings of the European Court of Human Rights. This study aims to examine this role.
