چکیده | ||
مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل پیشبینیکنندههای جامعهشناختی انگیزش هواداران بود. انگیزش هوادار از موضوعات با اهمیت در مطالعات حوزۀ هواداران است. در پژوهش حاضر، پس از بررسی پیشینۀ تحقیق سه متغیر جامعهشناختی ارزشهای فردی، هویت تیمی و هویت نژادی بهعنوان پیشبینهای انگیزش هواداران فوتبال تراکتورسازی تبریز انتخاب شدند. همچنین متغیر کیفیت تیم بهعنوان تعدیلکننده مَدنظر قرار گرفت. روش پژوهش: به این منظور براساس روش نمونهگیری کوکران 384 نفر از هواداران باشگاه بهصورت داوطلبانه و آنلاین در فصل 1397- 1398 مسابقات لیگ برتر فوتبال پرسشنامههای ارزشهای فردی کاهلی (1983)، هویت تیمی احمدبابا (2003)، هویت نژادی فینی (1992)، کیفیت تیمی ژانگ و همکاران (1997) و انگیزش هواداران اَلتیبیتی (2004) را تکمیل کردند. یافتهها: نتایج مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد انگیزش هواداران بهصورت معناداری تحت تأثیر کیفیت تیمی (=.345β)، ارزشهای فردی (=.25β)، هویت تیمی (=.186β) و هویت نژادی (=.117β) بوده است. با این حال اثر تعدیلکنندگی کیفیت تیمی معنادار نبود. نتیجهگیری: نتایج حاکی از انگیزۀ بسیار بالای هواداران از تیم تراکتورسازی بود. با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده مدیران باشگاه میتوانند در خصوص متغیرهای کیفیت تیمی استفاده از بازیکنان ستاره و مربیان حرفهای، ارزشهای فردی با فراهم کردن امنیت بیشتر، هویت تیمی توزیع لباس و پرچم، هویت نژادی استفاده از سوابق فرهنگی و تاریخچه و رسم و رسوم قومی، برنامههایی برای افزایش انگیزش هواداران تدوین و اجرا کنند. | ||

study was to investigate the sociological predictors of fan motivation. Methods: In the present study, after examining the research background, three sociological variables of individual values, team identity and ethnic identity were selected as predictors of motivation for Tabriz Tractorsazi football fans. The team quality variable was also considered as a moderator. For this purpose, based on the Cochran sampling method, 384 club fans voluntarily and online in the 2018-2019 season of the Premier League football completed the following questionnaires: Kaheli individual value (1983), Ahmad Baba Team Identity (2003), Fini Ethnic Identity (2016), Team Quality of Zhang et al. (1997) and Al-Tibetan motivation of fans (2004). Results: The results of SEM showed that fan motivation was significantly affected by team quality β=0/345), individual values (β=0/25), team identity (β=0/186) and ethnic identity (β=0/177). The results of the present study showed a very high motivation of the fans of the tractor team. Conclusion: According to the results, club managers can relate to variables: team quality, use of star players and professional coaches, individual values by providing more security, team identity, distribution of clothes and flags, racial identity, use of cultural records, and Develop and implement programs and ethnic customs to increase the motivation of the fans. | ||
