چکیده
در این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تغییر خانواده و نقش‌های جنسیتی زنان و مردان به تحلیل سیاست‌های مرتبط با خانواده پرداخته‌ و برای رسیدن به نتایجی روشن از روش کیفی و تکنیک تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. در نهایت هفت مضمون پایه، سه مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و همچنین مضمون فراگیر «عدم نگاه مسئله‌محور در سیاست‌های خانواده» بدست آمد. این مضامین، نشان‌دهنده تأکید سیاست‌ها بر نقش‌های مادری و همسری زنان و محدود کردن تعریف خانواده به نقش‌های زنان می‌باشد چراکه در قوانین و سیاست‌ها بر وظایف پدری تأکید زیادی نشده و تنها وظیفه مردان در خانواده، ریاست و تأمین معاش است.

چکیده [English]
In this research, with the aim of investigating the change of the family &the gender roles of women &men, the policies related to the family were analyzed &qualitative methods &thematic analysis techniques were used to reach clear results. In the end, seven basic themes, three organizing themes &also the overarching theme of "lack of problem-oriented view in family policies" were obtained. These themes show the policy's emphasis on women's motherly &wifely roles &limiting the definition of family to women's roles because laws &policies do not emphasize fatherly duties &the only duty of men in the family is to head &provide livelihood.
